It has certainly been an interesting year and I hope you are all finding ways to be thankful and share and grow together. It has been a really great year for me in Nashville. I've re-located to a new house which I love and I've been getting back to my spiritual roots - hosting healing groups and teaching and learning more as I get back to my energy and shamanic healing roots. The struggle over the Dakota Access Pipeline has certainly gotten my attention and I do feel it is time for us to stand up for ourselves and our communities - on an individual level, outside of politics, etc.
I am here to help unite like-minded individuals and re-awaken the keys to unlocking each of our own methods of self-empowerment. There is so much to learn - whether it's about crystals, food, water, aromatherapy, sound healing, etc. And we are all here to share it together. We've been lucky to be able to contribute to some local charities in the past few months. I am especially excited about the work of the Colorado Springs Food Rescue - this is a model which could be applied to many similar cities - http://www.coloradospringsfoodrescue.org/.
Cheers to developing your own sense of personal empowerment in this holiday season and to joining together to support each other and our Mother Earth for seasons to come.
